LEAD FOREMAN
The Lead Foreman will be a hands-on site leader responsible for directing daily rack installation activities while working alongside the crew.
This role ensures that pallet racking and material-handling systems are installed safely, accurately, and in accordance with engineered drawings, manufacturer specifications, and Ontario health and safety regulations.
The Lead Foreman acts as the primary on-site point of contact and reports progress, issues, and site conditions to project or operations management.
Min 5+ years experience.
RACK INSTALLER
Rack Installer is responsible for the safe and efficient installation of pallet racking, shelving systems, and related warehouse storage structures in accordance with approved layout and technical drawings.
Working as part of a crew, this role involves assembling and securing racking components, operating installation tools and equipment, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and job site safety.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work in fast-paced industrial environments while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
Min 2+ years experience.
